Was a great app in iOS 7 but doesnt work with iOS 8 please update

I was pretty disappointed to see the original TheVerge app go away. So then I find this as an apparent substitute. Now Im even more disappointed, because this app does not load a single news report on any of the pages. I know its not my phone, because all other apps work just fine online. This app has some serious kinks to work out. For now, I dont think I will be downloading this again and just stick to going to TheVerge on the safari web app from now on. #crapapp

What was wrong with the old app? A site as big as the verge cant get a working app... Cmon guys..

Looks nice. Too bad it doesnt work. Doesnt load anything. Tried to restart several times. Nope.

The app is empty. It may not be updated for iPhone 6 which is what I have, but if thats the reason, the developers are either lazy or living under a rock because the phone has been out for a while now. Either way there are no articles or videos or anything.

The app no longer refreshes or pulls any stories. Why is this?

I have come back to this app a few times now. Everytime I try, it doesnt load any articles at all. Basically a broken app. Been that way since the original Verge app was discontinued. Save yourself the time, dont download this app and just loom at the verge through your phone/tablets internet browser.

It seems that no one is reading the description. The Verge killed app API access, which is the reason this all no longer loads. Its not a bug with the app - its a choice by The Verge & out of the control of this developer.

The app just doesnt work. I opened it and nothing loads on the screen. It is broken. And apparently has been for a while.

The app now works again. I love the website for the verge however on the go it is nice to grab my iPhone and just open an app, and now we can again. Thank you so much.

So glad to have a dedicated Verge app again! Unfortunately, Ive been experiencing some crashes when trying to open some articles. Hope these problems can be resolved, keep up the good work!
